To reside in Turkey for five consecutive years, backwards from the date of application,

Exceptional acquisition of Turkish citizenship by a Syrian national
Provided that there is no obstacle in terms of national security and public order, Syrian nationals can acquire Turkish citizenship by the decision of the President. These conditions are:

Acquiring Turkish citizenship by a Syrian national through marriage
Marriage with a Turkish citizen does not directly acquire Turkish citizenship. There are certain conditions for this. A Syrian national can apply to acquire Turkish citizenship through marriage in the following cases:

A lawsuit can be filed in the authorized and incumbent court for negative decisions made by the competent authority.
